Cooking Classes

VIP Chef Service classes are held right in the heart of New England in a charming, French Art Nouveau inspired space designed to accommodate cooking classes and private cooking parties. Classes can also be held in any home kitchen in Fairfield County. Before class, we offer a glass of wine and amuse bouche compliments of VIP Chef Services.

All levels of experience are welcome. VIP Chef Michele teaches professional techniques and shares her most treasured recipes but more importantly will inspire you in your hands-on class. Classes accommodate 10-14 people. Each class prepares a multi course dinner and then everyone sits down to enjoy the creations together.

You will acquire specific skills, recipes and chef secrets that will help you design the perfect menu, cook with confidence and entertain with ease. And to top off a spectacular experience, you’ll take home a copy of the featured recipes to continue inspiration in your own kitchen.

If you prefer private cooking classes in the comfort of your home, Chef Michele will arrive about forty five minutes before the private cooking lesson begins, set up the kitchen with a station for each recipe, and all the ingredients arranged accordingly. You will be briefed on the menu and a short demo for any important cooking techniques. If you have a group of six or more, call us and we will design a personal class around your culinary preferences and level of expertise.

Class Schedules

Classes are approximately 2 ½ hours and are centered around the preparation of a complete multi-course menu.

Pricing

Prices range from $75. – $125. per person.
With Wine Pairing – priced upon request.
